The workshop meeting of the Allen Planning and Zoning Commission
was called to order by Chairman Pendleton at 7:10 p.m. at the Allen
Municipal Annex, #1 Butler Circle, Allen, Texas.
Workshop to Discuss
Proposal by Folsom
Associates
(Agenda Item II)
Dennis Holman, partner in Folsom Associates presented the proposal
to the Commission.
Concerns of the Commission were with the high density requested on
the multi -family and the density factors on some of the other request.
Consensus of the Commission was to recess until Wednesday, January
11, 1984, at 7:00 p.m.
Chairman Pendleton recessed the workshop session at 10:15 p.m.
