Minutes read and approved:
Members present, Mayor V.B. Watson, Aldermen W.E. Ford,
J.C. Hefner, R.J. McClure and R.L. Cooksey. Absent E.B. Young.
Mr. Jones and Mr. Heikkuel were present, also Mr. Clark who is
with the Telephone Company with an ordinance in regard to the
Franchise the Telephone Company is to pay the Town of Allen
for the year 1959.
Motion was made by W.E. Ford to postpone the signing of
the Ordinance for two weeks, in order to check the two
previous years on the Franchise. Motion seconded by J.C. Hefner
ayes (4) four / noes (0) none.
