Members present as follows; Mayor V.B. Watson, Aldermen W.E. Ford,
J.C. Hefner, E.B. Young and R.J. McClure. Absent R.L. Cooksey.
A request by W.E. Ford for the Secretary to write the State Board
of Insurance for a list of the requirements and what the
Town of Allen is send the Board in order to get a reduction in
the Key Rate on property within the Town of Allen.
