CALL TO ORDER:
The Allen Planning & Zoning Commission was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by
Chairman Armand at the Allen Municipal Annex, City Council Chambers, One
Butler Circle, Allen, Texas.
Approve Minutes
May 25, 1989 (Agenda Item II)
Chairman Armand read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Approve minutes of May 25, 1989, Regular Meeting."
MOTION: Upon a motion by Commissioner Biggs and a second by Commissioner
Garcia, the Commission voted 7 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the
May 25, 1989, minutes as presented.

OTHER BUSINESS:
The Commission expressed their appreciation to Commissioner Lee for his service
to the City.
Mr. Petty advised the Commission of possible items for the upcoming agenda.
Election of officers will appear on the next agenda.
ADJOURN:
MOTION: Upon a motion by Commissioner Garcia and a second by Commissioner
Lee, the Commission voted 7 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to adjourn the June
22, 1989, meeting of the Allen Planning & Zoning Commission at 7:40
p.m.
