Members present as follows; Mayor V.B. Watson, Aldermen W.E.
Ford, E.B. Young, R.L. Cooksey and Jack Hedgcoxe. Absent Carl Marion.
Motion by W.E. Ford to publish the meeting date of the EQUALIZATION
board in the paper, and also post the meeting in three public places.
This is to be done each year before the meeting date of the BOARD.
Sec by Jack Hedgcoxe, ayes (4) four / noes (0) none.
Discussion: Get the approval from the City Attorney about the
renditions on the new houses that are partly finished on the
rendition date, which is January the (1st) first of each year.
The following tax payers are to be notified to appear before the
Equalization Board June the 9th 1960.
