Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the committee members present,the regular meeting of the Public Art Committee was
called to order at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday,January 23,2019,in the Parks and Recreation Conference Room
of the Municipal Courts,Parks and Recreation Building, 301 Century Parkway,Allen,Texas 75013.
Discussion Items
1. Discussion on Future Projects Review Artist Submissions for Allen Event Center Rotunda
Project
The Selection Panel reviewed the submissions received for this artist call and narrowed to six,
possibly seven, semifinalists,depending on the credentials of an international team submitting.
Staff will follow up with this artist and extend an interview if requirements are believed to be
met.
2. Adjourn
There being no further business,the meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
