APPOINTMENT OF TEMPORARY OFFICERS:
Don Wing was appointed temporary Chairman. Douglas Dreggors was appointed as temporary
Vice -Chairman.

Tim Carroll discussed how the Allen Independent School District plans to aggressively seek
partnerships in telecommunications and make AISD a model site.
OVERVIEW OF ORDINANCE AND AGREEMENT WITH TCI:
Jon McCarty discussed the background of the franchise and how negotiations were resolved with
TCI. Michael Stanger discussed the main points of the franchise and distributed a handout. JoAnn
Holtzclaw discussed the new franchise and the new system rebuild.
NEXT MEETING:
The next meeting will be held Wednesday, November 1, 1995, at 7:00 P.M. The committee will
meet on the second and fourth Thursday of each month beginning November 9 There will be no
meeting held on Thursday, November 23, 1995, due to Thanksgiving.
