1. CALL TO ORDER
With a quorum of the Committee present, the special meeting of the Allen Cable
TV and Telecommunications Advisory Committee was called to order by
Chairperson, Don Wing at 5.05 on Thursday, February 14, 2002 in the Allen City
Hall Council Conference Room located at One Allen Civic Plaza, Allen, Texas.

2. CONSIDERATION OF A RIGHT-OF-WAY USE AGREEMENT BETWEEN
CITY OF ALLEN AND COLLIN COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE

After Staff members Shelli Siemer and Sid Hudson and contractor for Collin
County Community District, Kyle Capps of CAPCO fielded several questions, the
Board made the following motion:

MOTION: Mark Miller made a motion to approve the Right -of -Way Use
Agreement between City of Allen and Collin County Community
College District with the changes discussed. Paula Bradley seconded.
The motion carried 4 for, and 0 against.

4. ADJOURN
MOTION: Mark Miller made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Paula Bradley
seconded. The motion carried 4 for, and 0 against. The meeting was
adjourned at 6:05 p.m.
