Minutes Read and approved:
Members present as follows, Mayor V.B. Watson, Alderman Jack
Hedgcoxe, W.E. Ford and E.B. (Earl) Young. Alderman absent
Carl Marion and R.L. Cooksey.
Discussion on the signing of the PLOT in the SOUTHWOOD ESTATES
ADDITION, it was decided to send the PLOT back for some corrections.
Motion by W.E. Ford that when the papers were returned with
the proper corrections, to the satisfaction of the Mayor and Secretary
for them (Mayor & Secy.) to go ahead and sign said PLOT. Motion
was second by E.B. Young. Ayes (3) Three / Noes (0) none.
Motion by E.B. Young to have the City Books audited for the
year beginning July 1st 1959 through June 30 1960. Motion second
by Jack Hedgcoxe. Ayes (3) three // Noes (0) none.
Meeting adjourned 9:15 p.m.
