Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present:
With a quorum of the Committee members present, David Hoover called the meeting to order at
9,40 a.m. in the Planning Conference Room at Allen City Hall. 305 Century Parkway
Agenda Item 1: Exterior Remodel — 300 W. Boyd Drive
Allen Dental Center
1. Tie-in to existing City sidewalk.
2. Signs on premises are to be submitted to Planning Department for separate review
and permitting.
Motion: Upon a motion by John Baumgartner and a second by Bret McCullough, the
Committee voted 7 IN FAVOR, and 0 OPPOSED, to approve the request as
submitted with the additional request to tie-in the project to the existing City
sidewalk. The motion carried.
Adiournment
Motion: Upon a motion by Shelli Siemer and a second by John Baumgartner, the
Committee voted 7 IN FAVOR and 0 OPPOSED to adjourn the meeting at
10:05 a.m.
