Sept. 21 1960
Present: Mayor V.B. Watson, Alderman W.E. Ford, R.L. Cooksey,
Jack Hedgcoxe, and E.B. Young. Carl Marion absent.
Petition was read by Mayor Watson for the ANNEXING of the property
from the original CITY LIMITS east to and including the
property of the Allen Independent School. ORDINANCE was also read
and passed motion being made by W.E. Ford and second by R.L.
Cooksey to annex said property.

Discussion on Street work what streets to black-top -- who has
pad --- and how much & etc.
Discussion on the buying of a 1-1/2 inch one and one-half inch
Meter for the School --- Let the School pay the cost of the Meter
as a topping Fee.
