The Town Council of the Town of Allen, Allen, Texas
October 10 1960
Members present: Mayor V.B. Watson, Alderman W.E. Ford, E.B. Young,
Carl Marion and Jack Hedgcoxe. Members absent R.L. Cooksey.
Purpose of the meeting was to check the BIDS ON THE EXTENSION OF THE
SEWER SYSTEM.
Mr. Steed & Mr. Miller of the SubSurface Construction Inc. was
present for the meeting.
Motion by W.E. Ford to let the Contract for the extension of said
Sewer Line to the SUB-SURFACE CONSTRUCTION Co. according to the
unit bid prices they had submitted. Second by Carl Marion.
Ayes (4) Four --- Noes (0) none.
Motion by Carl Marion that Mr. Paul Warden fix $4000.00 worth
of WARRANTS in favor of the Central National Bank of McKinney,
Texas. Motion second by Jack Hedgcoxe. Ayes (4) Four -- Noes (0) none.
BID CONTRACT ON FILE.
