With a quorum of the Commission Members present, the Allen Planning & Zoning Commission was
called to order at 7'05 p.m. by Chairman Obermeyer, at the City Council Chambers, Allen City Hall,
One Allen Civic Playa, Allen, Texas.

residential lots on 26.9544 acres of land situated in the Henry Brandenburg Survey,
Abstract No. 110, John Roberts Survey, Abstract No. 762, H Seaborn & R.T. Clements
Survey, Abstract No. 897, City of Allen, Collin County, Texas, further described as
being at the southeast comer of Stacy Road and Ridgeview Drive
Motion: Upon a motion by Commission Member McGregor and a second by
Commission Member Grimes, the Commission voted 5 I FAVOR and 0
LOPPOSED to approve the consent agenda. The motion carried.

Other Business
Update on By Laws
Chairman Obermeyer stated that he is still working on a final draft. An update should be placed
on next agenda for consideration.
Review of Upcoming Agenda
The Commission was reminded that the Thoroughfare Plan was tabled to the second meeting in
August. It will be on Council agenda September 7, 2000.
The Council is scheduled to receive a recommendation on the CBD in November. A third
Community Meeting will be held August 28' to review updates and the proposal will be on the
P&Z agenda in October. Chairman Oberneyer appointed a subcommittee of himself, Jeff
McGregor, and Mark Pacheco to review the scope of the project with staff. They will meet at
8:00 a.m.Wednesday, August 16, 2000 in the Planning Department Conference Room.
Chris' Blue Tees - Specific Use Permit for a restaurant with private club - will be on the P& Z
agenda August 24, 2000
