R.L. Cooksey, E.9. Young, Carl Marion and Jack Hedgcoxe.

Alderman remain the same as it was last . Second by R.L. Cooksey, motion
carried (5) Five to nKIY KA nothing (0).
Discussion about runing the water lines too J.M. Clay and Billy J.
Stubbs, how much to charge each one & ect. What size line should be
run, also some discussion about the Street Mr. Stubbs had across his
property, where did he get the material ? did it belong to the City??
should he use the material from the City Streets to fix his Street ?
