CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
With a quorum of the Commissioners present, the Allen Planning & Zoning Commission was called
to order at 9.00 a m, by Acting Chairman McGregor, at the City Council Chambers, Allen City Hall,
One Allen Civic Plaza, Allen, Teras.
REGULAR AGENDA
Consent Agenda
1. Approve Minutes of February 8, 2001, Regular Meeting
2. Consider a Final Plat for Suncreek III for 122 Residential lots, being 40.336 acres of land
situated in the G. W Ford Survey, Abstract No. 326, City of Allen, Collin County, Texas,
further described as being located at the northwest corner of Hedgcoxe Rd.and Longwood
Dr.
Motion: Upon a motion by Commissioner Grimes, and a second by Commissioner
Nelson, the Commission voted 41N FAVOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve
the Consent Agenda as presented. The Motion Carried.

L Ms. Marina Sukup, Director of Planning & Development, brieflv reviewed the City
Council/Planning & Zoning Commission Joint Workshop Agenda scheduled for March 22,
2001.

Motion: Upon a motion by Commissioner Caplinger, and a second by
Commissioner Nelson the Commission voted 4 I FAVOR and 0
OPPOSED to Adjourn the February 22, 2001 meeting at 9:01 a.m. The
motion carried.
