With a quorum of the Commissioners present, Chairman Caplinger called the meeting to
order at 7:03 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers at Allen City Hall, 305 Century
Parkway

Item Number I Approve Minutes of July 20, 2004, Regular Meeting.
Item Number 2 60 -Day Extension — Consider a 60 -day extension of approval for a Final
Plat for Twin Creeks Phase 7A2 being 23.0641 acres of land located south
of the future Ridgeview Drive and future Exchange Parkway.

Item Number 3 60 -Day Extension – Consider a 60 -day extension of approval for a Final
Plat for Quail Run Phase 1 being 63.592± acres of land located south of
Stacy Road between Walters Road and Curtis Lane.
Item Number 4 Final Plat – Consider a Final Plat for Summerfield Phase 3 being 26.651±
acres of land located northeast of Angel Parkway and E. Exchange
Parkway.
Motion: Upon a motion by Commissioner Wendland and a second by Commissioner
Sedlacek, the Commission voted 5 IN FAVOR, and 0 OPPOSED to approve
the Consent Agenda. The motion carried.
