About the time limit on Building the TRAILOR-COURTS
Who is to handle the curfu on JUVINAL's, would it be better to
handle it local or through the County Judge.
About Mr. Jones WATER LINE .
Motion by Phil Pringle that no PERPIITE be tissued on the Trailor-Court
until the Town Council has checked and passed on the application. Motion
second by C.E. Ottoway. Motion passed, Ayes (5) Five
Motion by Phil Pringle to approve the HIGH -'.JAY SPEED ZONE ORDINANCE.
' Second by Carl Marion. Motion passed Ayes (5) Five.
Motion by Phil Pringle to invite the COUNTY JUDGE to come to Allen
to discuss some of the problems,that we might have a better understanding
with each other on matters that arise from time to time. Motion sec
by Carl Marion Motion passed (5) Five Ayes.
Motion by J.C. Hefner to give Mr Haddix 0;:; is Wl3-K vacation and get
IvL. Hester Lewis , if possiable, to work in Mr. Haddix's place if he will
come for :;`1.00 per hour. Second by Jack Hedgcoxe. Passed (5) five Ayes.
