Mayor V.B. Watson, Aldermen J.C. Hefner, Phil Pringle, C.E. Ottoway,
Jack Hedgcoxe and Carl Marion were present for the meeting.
Eugene Ereckson was in the mestin:^ in regard to the City paying
1 Social Security on his salary. We are to write the TEXAS MUNICIPAL LEAGUE
for AiRinformation.
Motion b Jac'i.c Hedgcoxe to have Mr. Leon Ussery too audit the City
Books. S`,c. by Carl Marion. Motion passed Ayes (5) Five/ noes (0) none.
City Lots according to the CITY ORDLTANCn must be 6000 sq. Ft. and
PIC-= must FACE STREET of 50 ft. WIDTH or more.
Motion by Jack Hedgcoxe to drop the plans ori7anly drawn up on fixing
the City Secy, office and make new plans.
Motion b7 Carl Marion to build Office on the East side of Bldg, with
straight wall , with off -set at the south end, sec by C.E. Ottoway.
Motion passed. Ayes (5) Five/ noes (0) none.
Mayor Watson is to contact Mr. J.L. Dement about doins the work in
the CITY H':LL, and if the cost is not more than n340.40 have him (Mr.
Dement) do the work. Ayes (5) Five -- noes (0) none.
Motion by J.C. Hefner to put VENETIAN BLINDS 01; ALL WLQDOW-1 in the
City Hall. Sec. by Jack Hedgcoxe. (3) three ayes as follows Jach Hedgcoxe,
J.C. Hefner and Carl Mar6on. Noes (2) Two C.E. Ottoway and Phil Pringle.
