Present : Mayor V.R. Watson, Aldermen J.U. Hefner, Jack Hedgcoxe,
C.E. Ottoway, Carl Marion and Phil Pringle.
W.E. Ford was present to discuss the requirments on three lots in
Lot "1" block "9" of the Whis. Add. listed in the name of Mae Belle
Garland.
Ms. C.E. Ottoway moved that the Council accept the size of the
lots, and also asked that 15 Ft. be dedicated on the South end of the lots
facinC the alley bl; the Well Property for a Street. Sec, by Phil Pringle.
Motion, passed. Ayes (4) four-- Foes (1) one // ( J.C.H ).
Motion by Phil Pringle, To have (2$ Ft.) twenty five foot set
back on the XY15MXXKM side Street on the -corner lot. Sec. by Carl
Marion. Motion passed, Ayes (4) Four-- Noes (1) one / J.C.H..
