CALL TO ORDER
Chair, Evelyn Dawson called the meeting to order at 7.12 p.m.
2. CITIZENS COMMENTS
There were no citizens present wishing to speak at this time.
3. CIVIC PLAZA FUND RAISING, DISCUSSION ON THEME, COPY AND
BROCHURE - DON HORTON

9 Following a lengthy discussion on possible donors, levels of sponsorships,
placement and style of engraving, limit of 20 characters per line, the following
was recommended as the levels available to donors:

Lori agreed to wordsmith the brochure, and email everyone her updates first
thing Wednesday morning. Everyone agreed that this brochure should be
available in the Allen Arts Alliance information area for Arts Fest.
4. CULTURAL ARTS STRATEGIC PLAN - MARY VAIL
Mary Vail was present to review issues in the Strategic Plan with the Board,
including budgetary items such as a part-time employee for staff support, etc.
5. OTHER BUSINESS
Agenda items for June, 2000 meeting were briefly discussed one of which was
the fund raising information that Mr Doug White had prepared for them earlier

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:55 p.m.
