CALL TO ORDER
Chair, Evelyn Dawson called the meeting to order at 7.12 p.m.
2. CITIZENS COMMENTS
There were no citizens present wishing to speak at this time.
3. REVIEW PLANS FOR MAY 29 ART FEST
It was pointed out that the banners that were hanging might be too low - staff
agreed to check on these banners and their heights. Staff also reviewed the t -
shirts and cups that had been purchased for this event.

CFollowing a brief review of the schedule of activities, along with a discussion on
the duties that will need to be covered, all Board members were requested to be
on site at 3 p.m It was also determined that t -shirts would be sold for $10 a
shirt at the event. The landscaping proposal for the plaza at City Hall would
also be available, along with information about donating to this project
4. OTHER BUSINESS
Lauren Jones indicated she had experience with the Southwest Arts Alliance,
and producing an art festival. She indicated she would be willing to review with
the Board her information as well as what this Board had done in years past with
an art festival.
9. ADJOURN
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 8:25 p.m
