Chair Lisa Elhich called the meeting to order at 6:21 p.m.

There were no citizens present wishing to speak at this time.
3. APPROVE MINUTES FROM PAST MEETING.
The minutes needed a correction and will be presented for approval at a future
Meeting.

GOAL: ESTABLISH AN AVENUE FOR FUNDING ART ORGANIZATIONS IN
ALLEN TO INCLUDE PUBLIC AND NOT-FOR-PROFIT

Create guidelines for granting money; research outside grants.

GOAL; FACILITATE FESTIVALS AND EVENTS WHICH ENCOURAGE ARTS
