Lynn Moore called the meeting to order at 6:09 p.m.
2. APPROVE MINUTES SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER MEETINGS.
MOTION: Sue Butler made a motion to accept the minutes as
written and Sandi Acheson seconded the motion.
3. CITIZENS COMMENTS
NONE
4. Review Grant Process
MOTION: A motion was made by David Sterling to table the
Grant process for fiscal year 2004 and review it later in the year for
2005. Sue Butler seconded this motion.

5. Allen USA
MOTION: David Sterling made a motion to give 20,000 to
Allen USA with the stipulation that the AAAB name would be
tied to an "Art Component" of Allen USA as in the Children's
Entertainment. Also, that the AAAB would receive all
marketing opportunities related to this level of sponsorship. Sue
Butler seconded this motion.
6. OTHER BUSINESS
Sue Butler asked if it was possible to discuss and possibly rescind the vote
that was made in the October 7, 2003 meeting. This was Agenda/Minute
Item 6. "Consider Funding Design for Heritage Center Display". Lori Smeby said
she would check into this.
7. ADJOURN
The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m.
