1. CALL TO ORDER
Lynn Moore called the meeting to order at 6:12 p.m.
2. APPROVE MINUTES SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER MEETINGS.
MOTION: Sue Butler made a motion to accept the minutes as
written and Patrice Alessandra seconded the motion.
3. CITIZENS COMMENTS
NONE
4. Discussion of Public Art Consultants
Lynn Moore told the group about a meeting she attended in Frisco and she
recommended that the Board speak to this group.
Lori Smeby asked Ms. Moore to forward the contact information to her.

5. Discuss Heritage Center Display
This item was tabled and will be considered in the January 2004 meeting.
6. Consider Summer Sounds Performer List
MOTION: A motion was made by David Sterling to accept the
following performer list. Lauren Jones seconded the motion.
May 24 Random Axis, May 31 Fingerprints, June 7 TI Jazz Band,
June 14 Texas Country, June 21 TBA.
7. Discuss Scholarships
Lori Smeby is still waiting for a reply from the City Attorney regarding this
agenda item. She will report at a future meeting.
S. Cost of Marketing
David Sterling gave the board an overview of the promotional materials he is
Designing for the Board. He will get several quotes to submit to the board at
a future meeting
