1. CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM IS PRESENT
Lynn Moore, Chair, called the Regular Allen Arts Alliance Board Meeting to Order
at 6:00 p.m.
2. APPROVE MINUTES FROM March 2, 2004 REGULAR MEETING
MOTION: David Sterling moved to approve the Minutes from February 3, 2004
regular Meeting as presented. Milt Haws seconded and the Motion carried 7 in
favor, 0 against.
3. CITIZENS COMMENTS:
None.
4. ITEMS FOR ACTION:
A. Art To Go
Trudy Israel requested 12 months of funding for an elementary school art
program. The funding would go toward the production of the Portfolio.
MOTION:
David Sterling made a motion to fund the initial start-up cost of $6,900 for Art to
Go, Susan Butler seconded. The motion carded 7 in favor, 0 against.

5. ITEMS FOR INFORMATION:
A. Arts Master Plan:
Shannon Craft distributed two samples of RFPs as well as, the first draft of the
City of Allen RFP Timeline for RFP development will be emailed to the board.
B. Budget Update:
Shannon presented the latest budget for the board.
C. Our Children's House at Baylor:
Shannon distributed the address and directions for the reception.
D. Other:
1 Mural at Allen USA. Shannon showed the board an example of the
mural for Allen USA. She will send a proof to the board once it has
been designed.
2. Souvenir Program for Allen USA. Shannon informed the board that
with their $20,000 sponsorship they will receive a full page ad in the
program and that they have the option to have an article in the
program.
3. Summer Sounds Banner: David showed the board the design of the
�'" banner that will hang as a back drop on the stage for Summer Sounds
f'I Concerts.
6. ADJOURN
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:05 p.m.
