Lynn Moore, Chair, called the Regular Allen Arts Alliance Board Meeting to Order
at 6:02 p.m.
2. APPROVE MINUTES FROM April 6, 2004 REGULAR MEETING
MOTION: Lauren Jones moved to approve the Minutes from the May 4, 2004
regular Meeting. Susan Butler seconded and the Motion carried 5 in favor, 0
against.

Allen Arts Alliance Board Meeting
5. ITEMS FOR INFORMATION:
A. Arts Master Plan:
Shannon Craft presented an update to the board.
B. Budget Update:
Shannon presented the latest budget for the board.
C. Summer Sounds:
It was reported that the first two concerts were successes and it's anticipated
that the concerts will continue to have a big draw. Shannon distributed the new
Board Denim shirts.
D. Art To Go:
It was reported that the After School meetings went well and that we had three
schools on board. The curriculum is presently underway and the Fall semesters
curriculum will be finished by the end of the summer
E. New Library Auditorium Chairs:
Lori reported that we as a Department and the Allen Arts Alliance decline the
opportunity to fund the purchase of handicap chairs for the new library.
6. ADJOURN
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 6:40 p.m.
