Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present:
With a quorum of the Commissioners present, 1St Vice-Chair Platt called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.
in the City Hall Council Conference Room at Allen City Hall,305 Century Parkway,Allen,Texas,75013.
Regular Agenda
1. Discussion Regarding the development regulations and review and approval procedures applicable
to the Central Business District Zoning District.
Mr. Kurbansade led the Commission through a discussion of development regulations and review and
approval procedures applicable to the Central Business District Zoning District.
The Commission discussed the following:
• Design Review Committee procedures,
• Staff review,
• Design Review Committee composition, and
• Central Business District zoning district boundary.
2. Discussion regarding proposed land use and zoning of the Monarch City Development.
Mr. Kurbansade discussed the proposed land use and zoning of the Monarch City Development.
