Minutes of Jan. 10 1962 and Special meeting of Jan. 15 1963
read with some corrections made, was }approved.
Current bills were checked, motion by J.C. Hefner that the
bills bepaid, was second by Talmadge Oxford, motion passed
ayes (5) Five / noes (0) none.
Discussion; about a nursing Home for people over 65 years old.
about buying a truck with water -tank.
about obtting a Fire -Chief with pay to keep up
and work with the Fire Department.
Insurance on the Fire Department.
Motion ----- by Mr. Ottoway that we contact Mr. W.E. Ford
about the Insurance on the Fire Department
sec. by Mr. Oxford, motion passed ayes 5 -noes
none.
Motion ----by C.E. Ottoway that the Mayor makes a search
for some one to work with the Fire Department,
second by Phil Pringle, motion passed ayes (5)
