Present, Mayor Gentry T. Jones, Aldermen Phil Pringle,
J.C. Hefner, C.E. Ottaway and F. Dean Sears. T.L. Oxford
absent.
Mr. James A. Herndon was present in regard to moving
a Duplex on lots 11-12-13-14 / BK -3 / OD on East avenue
B South.
C.E. Ottaway moved that the aplication for a permit
to move the house in be denied, because the lot size
does -not comply with the exesting ordinance for a two
family dwelling. Second by Phil Pringle, motion passed,
Ayes (4) Four / noes (0) none.
