Council Members present was Mayor Gentry T. Jones, Aldermen
J.C. Hefner,Phil Pringle, T.L. Oxford, Dean Sears & C.E. Ottaway.
Purpose of the meeting too discuss the Street project on
East Ave. C from South 3rd St. East too Ellis St. with.
reference to lowering and Curbing said Street.
Property owners present was Mr. & Mrs Carl Duncan, Mr. & Mrs
Roy Cakroll, Mr. Sc Mrs George Wilcox & Patsy, E.73. Youn?,
Mr. Nelson and ^^.r. O'Conner.
Mayor Jones explained the benefit of the lowering & Curbing
of this section of East Ave. C . After some discussion from
both the property owners and the Council, the MOTION was made
by Phil Pringle that we for -get thetholCthing at this time.
Second by Mr. Hefner motion passed - ayes (5) rive / noes
(0) none.
Mr. Ray Iiartsfield with General Texas Asphalt Co, gave some
prices on Street Material.
