Present : Mayor Gentry T. Jones Aldermen Phil Pringle, F,Dean
Sears, J.D. Smith, T.L. Oxfordand C.E. Ottaway,
Mr. Strong was present and asked for extension of time on putting
up fence on his property. (90) Nienty days was added to Fence Permit.
Also their was some discussion about a Tax program for Traler Courts.
Mr. & Mrs D.W. Terrell was present in regard to a permit for a
Beauty Shop in the home.
Motion : By Mr. Oxford that Mrs Terrell be granted a Special Permit for a
period of (6) SIX MONTHS at a fee of $10.00 to operate a BEAUTY SHOP
in her residence. Special Permits be subject to renewal at the and
of the 6 months subject to Council approval. Sec. by Phil Pringle
motion passed ayes (5) Five / noes (0) none.
Motion : BY Mr. C.S. Ottaway to put 20 loads of rock or. East Ave. B North
sec. by Mr. Smith, motion passed - ayes (5) Five / noes (0) none.
Mayor Jones read Ordinance on Trailer Parks.
Mayor Jones is to pick up some Ordinances from other City's in
Regard to Trailer Court's.
' Mayor Jones to get bids from local people on putting in some 2"
Water lines in the City of Allen.
Mr. W.E. Ford was present to discuss some old business with the
Council.
