MOTD": Male by Talmadge Orford that the State Highway Department be requested
to change Aty limit signs and population signs in accordance with present city limits
and the most recent population survey. Seconded by Mr, Ottowny, ? For - 0 4gainst.

MnTIOTT: Made by Phil Pringle that wre buy a T4rG Pot, for the purpose of
patching holes in existing streets. Seconded by Mr. Oxford, Chuck Ottoway made a
motion to amend the motion that we try to secure a second-hand Tkrs Pot and get prices
before purchase. Motion nassed 3 for -0 against.
MOTION: fade by Chuck Ottaway that we purchase another load of Plant Mix
for patching holes in the street. Seconded by Mr, Oxford. Motionacarried 3 For -0 Against.
MOTION: Made by Phil Pringle that the Mayor secure two men to work on the
' streets for two weeks and report to the council next meeting if they are needed
further. Seconded by Mr. Oxford, Motion carried, 3 For- 0 Against.
MOTION: Made by Phil Pringle that the Mayor take what steps are necessary
to start a bond issue on sewer plant extension. Seconded by Mr. Oxford. Motion carried,

A discussion was held regarding outside privies and it vas suggested that,if
a complaint arose, it could be. handIod through the city or county health officers.

improvement and assesments to property owners. Seconded by ?•r. Pringle. Motion cerried
