CALL TO ORDER:
The Allen Sign Control Board was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman
Leverett at the Allen Municipal Annex, City Council Chambers, One Butler
Circle, Allen, Texas.
Approve Minutes
December 11, 1990 (Agenda Item II)
Chairman Leverett read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Approve minutes of December 11, 1990, Regular meeting."
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Claytor and a second by Board
Member Smyser, the Board voted 3 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve
the minutes of December 11, 1990.

1st Renewal
Bush Fab, Inc. (Agenda Item III)
Chairman Leverett read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Consider 1st renewal for Class 4 Temporary Promotional Sign located at
the southwest corner of S.H. 121 and U.S. 75 facing U.S. 75 by Bush Fab,
Inc.
1st Renewal
Bush Fab, Inc. (Agenda Item IV)
Chairman Leverett read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Consider 1st renewal for Class 4 Temporary Promotional Sign located at
the southwest corner of S.H. 121 and U.S. facing S.H. 121 by Bush Fab,
Inc.
City Staff advised the Board that these signs are in fact 32 square feet and do not
require renewal by the Board; therefore, no action is required on Agenda Items
III and IV.
4th Renewal
Goodman Homes (Agenda Item V)
Chairman Leverett read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Consider 4th renewal for Class 4 Temporary Promotional Sign located at
the northwest corner of Fountain Gate Drive and Main Street for Goodman
Homes."
Staff advised that the sign is in good repair.
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Claytor and a second by Board
Member Smyser, the Board voted 3 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve
the 4th renewal for Goodman Homes.
5th Renewal
Bass Development (Agenda Item VI)
Chairman Leverett read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Consider 5th renewal for Class 4 Temporary Promotional Sign located at
the southeast corner of Sycamore Creek Road and Roaring Springs for Bass
Development."
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Claytor and a second by Board
Member Smyser, the Board voted 3 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve
the 4th renewal for Goodman Homes.

5th Renewal
Breunig Commercial (Agenda Item VII)
Chairman Leverett read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Consider 5th renewal for Class 4 Temporary Promotional Sign located at
the northeast corner of Bethany Drive and S.H. 5, Bethany Plaza Shopping
Center, for Breunig Commercial."
Staff advised that this sign was removed after the agenda was posted. There-
fore, no action is necessary by the Board.
Other Business:
Mr. Del Ferro advised the Board that two class 4 signs have been permitted in the
past month.
Adjourn:
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Smyser and a second by Board
Member Claytor, the Board voted 3 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to adjourn
the January 8, 1991, meeting of the Allen Sign Control Board.
