CALL TO ORDER:
The Allen Sign Control Board was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Acting Chairman
Leverett at the Allen Municipal Annex, City Council Chambers, One Butler Circle,
Allen, Texas.
Approve Minutes
June 12, 1990, Regular Meeting (Agenda Item 11)
Acting Chairman Leverett read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Approve minutes of June 12, 1990, Regular meeting."
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Kleinschmidt and a second by Board
Member Hall, the Board voted 3 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the
minutes of June 12, as presented.

Consider Renewal
Breunig Commercial
(Agenda Item III)
Acting Chairman Leverett read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Consider 4th renewal of Class 4 Temporary Promotional Sign located at
northeast corner of Bethany Drive and S.H. 5, Bethany Plaza Shopping
Center."
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Hall and a second by Board Member
Kleinschmidt, the Board voted 3 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the
renewal for Breunig Commercial.
Consider Renewal
Bass Development (Agenda Item IV)
Acting Chairman Leverett read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Consider 5th renewal of Class 4 Temporary Promotional Sign located at the
southeast corner of Sycamore Creek and Roaring Springs."
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Kleinschmidt and a second by Board
Member Hall, the Board voted 3 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the
renewal for Bass Development.
Consider Renewal
Goodman Homes (Agenda Item V)
Acting Chairman Leverett read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Consider 3rd renewal of Class 4 Temporary Promotional Sign located at the
northwest corner of Fountain Gate Drive and Main Street."
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Hall and a second by Board Member
Kleinschmidt, the Board voted 3 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the
renewal for Goodman Homes.
Items of Interest
Mr. Del Ferro advised the Board of 4 Class 4 signs permitted during the previous
month.
