ECALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
With a quorum of the Allen Sign Control Board present, the meeting was called to
order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman Leverett at the Allen Municipal Annex, City
Council Chambers, One Butler Circle, Allen, Texas.
Approve Minutes
May 14, 1991
(Agenda Item II)
Chairman Leverett read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Approve the minutes of May 14, 1991, regular meeting."
MOTION: Upon a motion by Boardmember Clay -tor and a second by
Boardmember Smyser, the Board voted 4 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to
approve the minutes of May 14, 1991, as presented.

Renewal
Marymark Homes (Agenda Item III)
Chairman Leverett read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Consider 2nd renewal of Class 4 Temporary Promotional Sign for Marymark
Homes located at the southeast corner of Jupiter and Ridgemont."
Mr. Del Ferro advised the Board that the sign is in good repair.
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Claytor and a second by Board
Member Smyser, the Board voted 4 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve
the 2nd renewal for Marymark Homes.
Renewal
Gemcraft Homes (Agenda Item IV)
Chairman Leverett read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Consider 2nd renewal of Class 4 Temporary Promotional Sign for Gemcraft
Homes located at 601 Ridgemont Drive."
Mr. Del Ferro advised the Board that the sign is in good repair.
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Smyser and a second by Board
Member Hall, the Board voted 4 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the
2nd renewal for Gemcraft Homes.
Other Business:
Mr. Del Ferro advised that 9 Class 4 permits had been issued during the past
month.

MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Claytor and a second by Board
Member Hall, the Board voted 4 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to adjourn the
June 11, 1991, meeting of the Sign Control Board at 7:35 p.m.
