CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM:
With a quorum of the Allen Sign Control Board present, the meeting was called to
order at 7:32 p.m. by Chairman Leverett at the Allen Municipal Annex, City
Council Chambers, One Butler Circle, Allen, Texas.
Approve Minutes
March 10, 1992 (A¢enda Item II)
Chairman Leverett read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Approve minutes of March 10, 1992, Regular meeting."
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Claytor and a second by Board
Member Hall, the Board voted 4 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve the
minutes of March 10, 1992, as presented.

Renewal
Plantation Homes (Agenda Item III)
Chairman Leverett read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Consider renewal of Class 4 on-site temporary promotional sign located at
600 Ridgemont, Allen, Texas, for Plantation Homes."
It was indicated that the sign is actually located at 602 Ridgemont.
MOTION: Upon a motion by Board Member Winslow and a second by Board
Member Claytor, the Board voted 4 FOR and 0 OPPOSED to approve
the 1st renewal for Class 4 sign for Plantation Homes at 602 Ridge-
mont.
Renewal
Heritage Park IV (Agenda Item IV)
Chairman Leverett read the agenda item into the record as follows:
"Consider renewal of Class 4 on-site temporary promotional sign lcoated in
Heritage Park IV adjacent to the south side of Bethany Drive, Allen,
Texas, for Art Office Signs.
Staff advised that this sign has been removed and no action is necessary at this
time.
Other Business:
There have been no class 4 signs issued during the past month.
Board Member Claytor advised that staff has been unavailable for a workshop
session; however, after completion of the update to the Comprehensive Plan a
workshop should be scheduled.
