Aldermen Phil Pringle, F. Dean Sears, J.D. Smith and C.E. Ottaway.
Aldermen absent : Talmadge L. Oxford.
This meeting was a community meeting for the purpose of
discusing and answering any questions on the Bond Election to be
held on the 7th day of Sept. 1963.
Mr. Hicks mmo�-- was present to help answer any
questions, on said election.
