The Yext regular meetin-y was set for November 27th 1963, due too

Mr Foster was present too talk with the Council about a nivht-
watchman job.
Motion by Mr. Ottaway that we try !:r. Foster part time
in the Month of December,or + 65.00 worth in the month of December,
ani start in January 1964 with a salary of ,f 100.00 per month, sec.
b.y J.D. Smith- motion passed, ayes (5) five / noes (0) none.
Mr. Cate was also present-- Mr Ottaway gave a report on house in
Plano belon,ing to^Mr Cate that was supposed to be simular to the
the houses that Mr Cate wanted to move into the City of Allen, this
house only measured out 768 Sq. feet, which does not comply with the
City Ordenance. -- Mr Ottaway moved that the Permits for moving- these
houses into the City of Allen be denied, second by Phil Pringle,
motian passed ayes (5) five -- Noes (0) none.

About the Street lights on Allenwood Fc Watson Strcet.
Mr. Ottaway moved that the Mayor has the Light Company to lay out the
Street lightine for Allenwood -'� Watson Street from East Avenue C

Ry Mr Ottaway that the SLRVEY PL?.T of 54.168 ACRS in the
R.C. Whisenant Survey as shown by JOHhr V. C.AN'Piti.LL, registered
Public Surveyor, of McKinney, Texas, be accepted by the City
Council at the original set price of 825.00 per Acre.
Second by 1. Dean Sears, motion passed - ayes (4) four / noes (0)none.
Phil Printle was out at this time.
Note : Call Mr Orr, about the deed from Mr Lynge on the street
north end of West ave. 3 north.
Discussion: on the on the NA.TIOJAL I3UILDING CODE.
The Council decides to make a study of said CODE before any
action is taken.
Discussion : on the price of some 6 in. Sewer line.
