CITY COIDICIL, CITY 0: ALLLN, ALLEN, TEXAS
Members present-: Mayor Gentry T. Jones, Aldermen J.D. Smith,
C.E. Ottaway and Phil Pringle. Absent, Dean Sears and T.L. Oxford.
Mayor Jones explained that he had bought a Fire Plug to be
put in south of the 'Water Tower on high -way 2170, also that the
Sewer extinsion on Keith Drive could be extended futher south
than they first thought it could be, Mayor Jones also explained
the need for a 2" tappinI tool for the City.
Mr Ottaway moved that the 2" tapping tool be bought, second by
J.D. Smith, motion passed -- ayes (3) three / noes (0) none.
Motion by Mr Ottaway that bills be paid, sec by J.D. Smith,
motion passed ayes (3) three / noes (0) none.
Dan Strong IS John Gay, discussed the Sewer charge assessed
against is Strones Trailer Court , however, no change was made.
Also some discussion re.gardin� a FLNCE Mr Strong agreed to build,
Mr Ottaway moved that Mr Strong would not be required to build
said FLNCE, so -long, as their was no protest from any of the
property owners joinin- yr Strons property. If their was any
protest, the City Seely, is to notify Fr. Strom, second by
Phil Pringle, motion passed, ayes (3) Three / noes (0) none.
Mr Herod n Skiles were here and showed the Council a
drawinlr on a ?44SThd, .".TAFFY PLAN.
