Call to Order.
The meeting convened at 7:15 p.m. on August 16, 2006.
Convene into Closed Executive Session.
The Executive Director Selection Committee convened into closed executive session at 7:15 p.m. to
conduct interviews with candidates for the position of Executive Director/CEO of the Allen Economic
Development Corporation.
Reconvene into Regular Session
The Committee reconvened into regular session at 10:43 p.m.
Consider and take Action as Result of the Executive Session
The Executive Director Selection Committee interviewed three finalist candidates that were previously
interviewed by the Executive Director Screening Committee.
On a motion by Carl Clemencich, seconded by Mark Pacheco, the Selection Committee unanimously
authorized Kurt Kizer, AEDC President, to tender an offer to Robert Winningham for the position of
the Executive Director/CEO of the Allen Economic Development Corporation using criteria
established by the Committee.
Adioumment.
On a motion by Maxine Sweet, seconded by Tim Wood, the Selection Committee adjourned at 10:45
p.m.
