C. E. Ottaway, Phil Pringle, TL. Oxford and Dean Sears.
Mr. Herod was also present.
Discussion about the appointment of a Councilman to
replace Mr. J. D. Smith, who resigned from the Council
January 11, 1964. Special Meeting to be called on Tuesday
night January 28, 1964 for the purpose of appointing a
Councilman to replace Mr. Smith. Seconded-Phil Pringle.
Motion Passed- Ayes (4)four, Noes (0) none.
Discussion on the National Builders Code. Motion
Ottaway- That we adopt the National Builders Code as pre-
sented. Seconded-Talmadge Oxford-Ayes (4) four, Noes (0) none.
Permit Rate to become affective thirty days after the
publication of Ordinance No. 48 adopting National Builders
Code. Motion-Phil Pringle. Seconded-C . E. Ottaway.
Motion Passed-Ayes(4) four, Noes (0) none.
Motion-C. E. Ottoway; That we employ the City Engineer
to start picking up information as to where the water lines
are and make a General Map of all existing water lines.
Seconded-Phil Pringle. Passed-Ayes (4) four-Noes (0) none.
Discuss map of Master Street Flan at next meeting.
Motion-Phil Pringle, to pay bills . Seconded-Dean Sears.
