CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ALLEN*ALLEN, TEXAS
APRIL 21th 1964
Present : Mayor Gentry T. Jones
Aldermen, C.E. Ottaway, R.B. Whisenant, B.J. Enloe,
Jimmy Gantt and Phil Pringle.
City Attorney, Alex Orr.
Mayor Jones read a letter dated April 15th 196L , refuring too
a check for $ 50,488.20 for General Obligation Bonds for the
City of Allen.
Discussion : With Mr Orr about the buying of a Sewer Sight
for the City of Allen.
Motion, By C .E. Ottaway that we have Herod & Skiles to do the
City's Surveying on 50 acres on the east end of Track # 2 of the
Adams & Armstrong Survey. Second by R.B. Whisenant, motion
passed , ayes Five / noes none.
Call Mr Hicks ( engineer ) about amount of land required for
Sewer plant.
Their being no futher busisness the meeting adjorned
