Session was called to order by President Robinson at 1:05 pm. on Thursday, February 23, 2006, at the City of
Allen Fire Station, Ron Gentry Training Facility, Classroom N2, 310 Century Parkway, Allen, Texas.

MOTION: Upon a motion made by Vice President Maso and a second by Treasurer Sterling, the Board
of Directors voted four (4) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Arts of Collin County
Commission Design Team Workshop at 3:45 pm. on Thursday, February 23, 2006 The
motion carried.
