1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorom of the Board of Directors present the Arts of Collin County Commission, Inc. Joint
Meeting with the Arts of Collin County Advisory Committee was called to order by President
Robinson at 6:05 pm. on Thursday, March 2, 2006, in the Multi -Purpose Room of the Allen Senior
Center, 451 St. Mary Drive, Allen, Texas.
2. Administer Oath of Office to Members of Advisory Committee.
Ms. George administered the Oaths -of Office to the following members of the Advisory Committee:
Debbie Stout, Dr. Jim Joyner, Terry McCracken, Dan Parr, Julie Holbrook, Alice Hobbs, Wendy
Gardner, Steve Shaffer, Tricia Redding, Barbara Buehler, and Buzz Kolbe.
3. Receive Presentation on the Arts of Collin County Arts Park Project.
4. Discuss the Board Charge to the Committee, including Committee responsibilities.
5. Discuss future meeting schedule.
6. Adjournment
President Robinson adjourned the Arts of Collin County Commission, Inc. Joint Meeting with Arts of
Collin County Advisory Committee at 7,12 p.m. on Thursday, March 2, 2006.
