Call to Order and Announce a Ouomm is Present
With a quorum of the Board of Directors present, the Regular Meeting of the Arts of Collin County Commission,
Inc. was called to order by President Matthews at 4:00 pm on NVednesday, November 8, 2006, in the Council
Conference Room at Allen City Hall, 305 Century Parkway, Allen, Texas.
The Executive Session was not held.
General Discussion
There were no public comments
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Secretary Sterling and a second by Director Mons, the Board of
Directors voted three (3) for and none (0) opposed to approve and adopt the items on the
Consent agenda as follows
2. Approve Minutes from September 20, 2006, Special Called Meeting.
3. Approve Minutes from October 12, 2006, Special Called Meeting.
4. Approve Minutes from October 25, 2006, Design Team Work Session.

S Receive Financial Reports for the Period Ended September 30, 2006.
6. Approve changes to Advisory Committee Charter related to terms of appointment.
Approve Policy regarding procedures for Employee and Appointed Official Separation.

Update from Arts of Collin County Foundation.
Received update from Pam Wendland, Development Director regarding upcoming Foundation
activmes/events
Consider approval of a revised Board of Directors meeting schedule to one time a month.
President Matthews expressed interest in holding Regular Meetings of the ACCC Board of Directors
once a month
10. Set a date for viewing the Open Government/Open Records Training Video.
The Board of Directors agreed to place voluntary viewing of the Open Records Training on a future
1 Regular Board Meeting agenda.
President Matthews will coordinate Open Dleefings Training with Shelley George, City Secretary, City of
Allen and ACCC's designated Records Officer.
11. Received Executive Director's Report.
The Board of Directors received the Executive Director's Report from Mr. Baudoin.
Adjournment
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Secretary Sterling and a second by Director Mons, the Board of
Directors voted three (3) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Regular Meeting of the Arts
of Collin County Commission, Inc at 4'45 p in on Wednesday, November 8, 2006. The motion
carried.
