Aldermen present as follows: Jimmt Gantt, C.E. Ottaway, Phil
Pringle, R.B. Whisenant and B.J. Enloe
City attorney Alex Orr.
Purpose of meeting
Mr Orr our City attorney explained too the City Council some of
the possibilities on the purchase of the Moulden property for a
future Sewer Site, after a lengthy disucssion and much thought a
Motion by C.E. Ottaway follows;
The council instruct Mr Orr to make Moulden a offer of up-to
$750.00 per acre on approximately 120 acre's.
With a down payment of $50,000.00
With a release on 50 acre's of land
Balance not to exceed $40,000.00
Interest rate not to excede 5%
Interest to be paid annaly
10 year option
Option payments of $50.00 per Month to apply on purchase
Motion second by Phil Pringle. Motion passed ayes 5--noes 0.
