Call to Order and Announce a Ouorum is Present
With a quorum of the Board Members present, the Arts of Collin County Public Forum was called to
order by President Matthews at 7.00 p.m. on Wednesdav, March 21, 2007, in City of Frisco City Council
Chambers.
Update on the Arts Project
President Matthews provided a brief overview of the project including the current status of the design
process.
Architect Overview
Mr. Tingley and Ms. Jones discussed the goals, process, program goals, phase one programming and
future programming. As part of the discussion, an overview of the site was provided.
Question / Comments
Mavor Mike Simpson of Frisco addressed the audience.
The Forum was opened up to the attending public to ask questions.

Charles Reiss, Frisco, Texas resident, posed a question regarding the windows inside the performance
hall and what measures are in place to prevent outside noise distraction
Penny Rathbun, Frisco,'1'exas resident posed multiple questions including intended uses for
multipurpose hall, community theater involvement, and affordabdit) of use
The Public Fonun adjourned its session at 7.55 p.m.
