Call to Order and Announce a Ouorum is Present
With a quorum of the Board of Directors present, the Regular Meeting of the .arts of Collin County
Commission, Inc was called to order by President Matthews at 4:00 pm. on Wednesday, June 13, 20()7, in
the Council Conference Room at Allen City Hall, 305 Century Parkway, .Allen, Texas.
General Discussion
There was no public comment.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Treasurer Barretta and a second by Secretary Sterling, the
Board of Directors voted three (3) for and none (0) opposed to approve and adopt the
items on the Consent agenda as follows:
2. Approve Minutes from May 9, 2007 Regular Meeting.
3. Receive Financial Report for the Period Ended May 31, 2007.
4. Adopt Resolution in support of application for Collin County Open Space Grant
Funding.
The motion tamed.

5. Receive Update from the Arts of Collin County Foundation. (Lessner)
Received update from Pam Wendland.
6. Adopt FY 2007-08 Operating Budget. (Baudoin/Grube)
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Secretary Sterling and a second by Treasurer Barretta, the
Board of Directors voted three (3) for and none (0) opposed to approve and adopt the
Fiscal Year 2007-2008 Operating Budget as presented by Mary Fail -Grube and James
Baudom.
The motion earned.
7. Receive Executive Director's Report. (Baudoin)
Received report from James Baudoin.

MOTION: Upon a motion made by Vice President nlaso, and a second by Secretary Sterling, the
Board of Directors voted three (3) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Regular
Meeting of the .Arts of Collin County Commission, Inc. at 420 p.m. on Wednesday,
