Call to Order and Announce a Ouomm is Present
With a quorum of the Board of Directors present, the Regular Meeting of the Airs of Collin County
Commission, Inc. was called to order by President Matthews at 4:00 pm. on Wednesday. September 12,
2007, in the Council Conference Room at Allen Ciry Hall, 305 Cenmrp Parkway, Allen, Texas.
1. General Discussion
Jack Lagos, 3120 Oxford Court, Plano, Texas, addressed issues regarding NCCC.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Vice President Nfaso and a second by Secretary Sterling, the
Board of Directors voted four (4) for and none (0) opposed to approve and adopt the
items on the Consent agenda as follows:
2. Approve Minutes from June 13, 2007 Regular Meeting and August 29, 2007 Design
Team Work Session.
3 Receive Financial Report for the Period Ended June 30, 2007, July 31, 2007 and August
31, 2007.
3. Authorize Executive Director to sign an agreement with Weaver and Tidwell to
perform FY 2006- 2007 Financial Review and Audit.
4. Approve amendments to Advisory Committee Charter.

5. Confirm appointment of Aaron Chowning as the City of Melissa representative to the
Advisory Committee.
7. Adopt a Resolution appointing Shelley George, City Secretary of Allen, as the Arts of
Collin County Public Information Coordinator for the Purposes of Receiving Training
on the Responsibilities of the Public Information Act. Receive information regarding
availability of Records Retention Training.
S. Authorize the Executive Director to sign an Agreement with the City of Allen for
support services for FY 07-05.
The motion carried.
9. Receive Update from the Arts of Collin County Foundation President Henry Lessner.
Received update from Henry Lessner.
10. Receive Executive Director's Report.
Received report from James Baudoin.

MOTION: Upon a motion made by Secretary Sterling, and a second by Vice President Maso, the
Board of Directors voted three (4) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the Regular
Dlecting of the Arts of Collin County Commission, Inc. at 4:07 p.m. on Wednesday,
September 12, 2007
