Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the Nlembers present, the Arts of Collin Countv Joint Meeting with the Councils
of Urn, Frisco and Plano was called to order by President Matthews, in conjunction with Nfayor
Terrell, Nfavor Simpson, and Mayor Evans at 7:05 p.m. on Mondav, March 31, 2008, in the Allen
Senior Recreation Center, 351 St. ManDrive, Alien, Texas.
2. Receive and Discuss Project Update on Arts of Collin County.
Executive Director Baudom presented a project stams overview presentation.
Following the presentation, President Nfatthews opened the floor for questions or comments from
the Commission and/or Council members.
3. Adjourn.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Vice President Dlaso, and a second by Director Sterling, the Board
of Directors voted four (4) for and none (0) opposed to adloum the joint Workshop of the
Arts of Collin County Commission, Inc. at 8.14 p m. on Dlondav, March 31, 2008.
The motion earned.
